Plot Plan
Shows the location of the structure on the site. It usually also shows utilities, topographical features, site dimensions and any other buildings nearby or in the property.
Foundation Plan
Illustrates the foundation size and materials. The Foundation Plan gives information regarding excavation, water proofing, and supporting structures.
Floor Plan
Shows all exterior and interior walls, walls, windows, patios, walks, decks, fireplaces, mechanical equipment, built-in cabinets, and appliances.
Elevations
Show the placement of windows and doors, types of exterior materilas used, step, chimneys, rooflines and other exterior details. These are drawn for each side of the structure.
Electrical Plan
Locates electrical sources such as switches, convinience outlets, ceiling outlets fixtures, and also general information concerning circuits and special installations.
Construction Details
Include additional information that is needed to fully describe how the construction is to be done.
Pictorial Presentation
Shows how the finish structure will appear. The method commonly used is the two-point perspective.
